Head of Technical Design — Women’s Dresses

J.Crew Group (JCG) seeks an experienced Technical Designer to head the Women’s Dresses team, upholding brand standards for fit, construction, and quality. You’ll drive technical excellence across the development process and mentor a team while coordinating with Design, Production, and Merchandising.

You’ll manage tech packs, fit comments, specs, and BOMs, and you’ll translate fit corrections to patterns across silhouettes, coordinating with field representatives and vendors for feasibility.
