Seeking a seasoned Head of Talent Acquisition, this full-time remote position will lead the evolution of the recruiting function, managing an established team while driving strategic, scalable, and data-driven talent acquisition initiatives. Key responsibilities Assess and transform the current talent acquisition organization and processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency Lead and develop a team of approximately seven recruiting professionals, serving as a strategic advisor to senior leaders Establish clear recruiting processes and metrics to improve hiring quality, speed, and accountability across the organization Required qualifications 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership in high-growth organizations Proven track record of transforming existing recruiting functions and operating models Experience in hiring across multiple functions, including technical, sales, and executive roles Strong expertise in recruiting operations and technology, including familiarity with ATS systems like Greenhouse Ability to leverage data and business judgment to drive strategic change and stakeholder alignment
