Head of Talent Acquisition & People Strategy

NewsBreak, based in Mountain View, seeks a Head of Talent to own and scale our end-to-end talent acquisition function. This hands-on leadership role partners with the CEO and executive team on hiring, workforce planning and org design, while personally running senior searches.

You will build and mentor the TA team, design scalable processes and systems, and drive metrics across time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience in a fast-growing AI-native company.
