Job Title: Head of Supply Chain & Operations
The Role
- Own the supply chain end-to-end — working closely with third-party labs and manufacturers to oversee product commercialization, procurement, and replenishment. You’ll be the operational hub between our marketing & innovations teams and the partners who bring it to life.
- Own day-to-day operations across the organization — vendor relationships, inventory management, and cross-functional execution — ensuring everything stays aligned with our strategy and growth trajectory.
- Serve as primary liaison with the Revolve fulfillment & customer service teams — coordinating on inventory flow, fulfillment processes, quality assurance and customer service
- Align closely with our finance team to deliver margin and working capital targets
- Maintain real-time visibility into our financial position as it relates to product margins, inventory position and cash flow — flagging risks, overseeing inventory planning, and ensuring strong controls and compliance are in place.
- Oversee systems (WMS, ERP) selection, implementation and management
- Drive efficiency across the business — identify bottlenecks, reduce costs, and build scalable processes from the ground up.
- Define and track KPIs across ops and finance, and use them to surface trends and inform decisions.
- Build and lead a small but high-performing team — partnering cross-functionally and modeling a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Beauty or CPG background is required, 8-10 years in relevant supply chain and operations roles
- Understanding of the industry’s margins, supply chain dynamics, and channel nuances — and have held a senior ops and/or finance role in that world.
- Hands-on experience working with third-party labs, contract manufacturers, and co-packers — you know how to manage these relationships, hold partners to timelines, and navigate the realities of beauty product development and production.
- Comfortable in a scrappy, early-stage environment — you build systems where none exist and thrive without a large team behind you.
- Strong vendor management experience, including managing third-party fulfillment partners.
- Solid financial acumen — deep understanding of financial reporting, metrics and underlying drivers.
- Clear, direct communicator who brings structure and calm when things move fast
