Principal Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst | Melbourne, FL I'm looking to connect with experienced Program Planning & Scheduling Analysts, Program Schedulers, and EVMS professionals for a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a major aerospace and defense program in Melbourne, FL .
This is a strong fit for someone who knows how to build and manage integrated master schedules, identify critical path issues, analyze schedule risk, and work across engineering, manufacturing, finance, materials, and quality.
What you'll be doing: Develop and maintain Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) Track program schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths Perform schedule risk analysis and resolve network logic conflicts Use Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, and EVMS to measure program performance Identify schedule variances and help drive corrective action Coordinate planning and scheduling across multiple functional teams
What we're looking for:
5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience/education
Program planning and scheduling experience
EVMS experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
Active U.S. Secret Clearance required
Aerospace or defense experience preferred
Nice to have: Excel Macro/VBA Microsoft Project Server Deltek Cobra Deltek Acumen Risk DCMA schedule health metrics Advanced schedule management experience
