Head of Special Events & VIP Experience

Redemption seeks a Special Events Department Head to lead planning and execution of events for San Jose and Greenville campuses, managing calendars, budgets, and teams to deliver 9–10 services per campus and 4 major conferences with 1500–3000 attendees.

This role reports to the CMO, requires 3–5 years in event management, and involves on-site leadership, vendor coordination, VIP experiences, and cross-department collaboration across both coasts.
