Head of SMT

• Provide visionary leadership and foster a positive, productive work environment
• Lead and develop the executive team and senior management

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in semiconductor-related industries
• Proven track record in senior leadership roles within a similar organization
• Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a closely related field
• Strong strategic thinking, planning and decision-making skills
• Financial acumen and experience in budget management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
• Capability to work in matrix organization and manage senior managers
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving goals
