Head of Servicing & Recoveries

Slash is hiring a Head of Servicing to build and own the end-to-end servicing and collections operating model for its unsecured commercial card product. You will lead policy design, customer communications, and balance recovery efforts while coordinating with Finance, Data, and Engineering.

You will establish KPIs, govern external servicers, and scale the servicing organization as volume grows, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and strong customer outcomes.
