Head of Semiconductor Engineering & Scale-Up

SBT is seeking an executive engineering leader to build and scale a multi-disciplinary semiconductor organization. You will drive architecture-to-tape-out programs, managing analog, mixed-signal, RTL, CAD, and layout teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with CTO and senior leaders to translate long-term strategy into actionable roadmaps, establish processes, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple chip programs.
