Head of Security & Compliance — AI Robotics (CMMC/NIST)

Foundry Robotics, SF, is hiring its first Head of Security to own the full security and compliance program end to end. You will drive CMMC Level 2, build the security function, and protect CUI, export-controlled data, and customer IP across edge, on‑prem, and cloud.

This builder role requires hands-on work in the early days, hiring a team, setting strategy, and partnering with engineering and IT to make security a default, not a blocker. This is a 100% in-person, on-site role in San Francisco.
