Head of Risk for DeFi & On-Chain Markets

Ondo Finance seeks a Head of Risk to build and own an end-to-end risk function across products, protocols, and balance sheet. You will define risk measurement, governance, and mitigation for DeFi and tokenized instruments while enabling scalable growth.

You will lead the development of an automated risk dashboard, oversee margin and liquidity controls, and shape capital allocation strategies with engineering, trading, and leadership teams.
