Head of Retail Delivery Operations

Capstone Logistics is seeking a Director of Operations - Retail Delivery to oversee multiple delivery sites, driving service excellence and profitability. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will travel 50-75% to manage operations across the U.S. and build strong customer partnerships.

You'll lead site managers, develop budgets and P&L insights, and mentor a growing leadership team while ensuring high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
