Head of Quality Assurance Operations

Owning the quality assurance for all datasets, the full-time Head of Quality Assurance Operations will manage quality standards, oversee a global contingent workforce, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality audio data while working remotely from the United States. Key responsibilities Own the quality bar across all data operations, ensuring consistency and on-time delivery of datasets Design and implement the quality review structure organized by language and region Manage relationships with staffing vendors and service providers while planning capacity against production ramps Required qualifications 7 to 10+ years in operations, with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles Experience running quality operations for large contingent workforce networks across multiple countries Proven track record of managing quality at scale, including calibration and capacity planning Experience building systems for tooling and contingent workforce sourcing at scale Familiarity with speech, audio, or linguistic data is a strong plus
