Head of Project Controls & Portfolio Management

MP Materials Corp. in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Senior Director, Project Controls to lead the Project Controls function across a portfolio of major capital projects executed with EPC/EPCM contractors.

You will establish standards, manage cost forecasting, scheduling, and risk analysis, and provide executive reporting. The role requires 15+ years in project controls, 8+ years leading teams, and expertise in Primavera P6; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
