In this role, you will work directly with the Architectural Program Director while managing a team of Architectural Associates to support our variety of National retail clients. Direct clients contact to facilitate and manage tenant's program Management of all tasks relating to Architectural project planning and delivery Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing risks and challenges proactively Survey and job site observation Bachelors or Master's Degree in Architecture
5+ years' experience in Architecture, Construction or related field
Proven track record of successfully managing small to medium-sized projects
High degree of proficiency in AutoCAD
Program management skills related to commercial architectural projects
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes
The ability to travel for survey and job site observation
Architectural experience in Retail and/or Commercial Projects is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suites is a plus
