Head of Production Molding – Molding Expert

• Responsible for all process steps in injection molding production (e.g., injection molding / plastics processing)
• Operational excellence management for molding, including productivity, quality and cost management
• Analyze and optimize existing processes, machine configurations and tool performance
• Implement structured problem-solving methods (e.g., Lean, root cause analysis)
• Lead, develop and structure the local molding team (setters, engineers, etc.)
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities and performance management within the team
• Act as the primary technical advisor for on-site molding processes
• Support troubleshooting of complex technical issues and process instabilities
• Train and upskill local teams
• Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and Engineering

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent practical experience in molding or plastics processing
• Several years of relevant experience in injection molding and plastics processing in an industrial environment (ideally automotive or similar)
• Strong technical expertise in molding processes, machine setup, tooling and troubleshooting
• Proven track record of improving process stability, quality and efficiency
• Leadership experience and the ability to build and develop teams in an international environment
• Strong analytical skills combined with a hands‑on approach
• Fluent in English (required)
• Fluent in Arabic (required), French advantageous
