Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Production to oversee fabrication operations and lead a team of skilled production professionals. This role is central to delivering high-quality retail design projects for luxury, fashion, and sports brands across North America, including store design, window installations, and pop-up activations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards of craftsmanship, delivered on time, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the production team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage all aspects of production, from project planning through final delivery, ensuring adherence to specifications, schedules, and quality benchmarks.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, monitor progress, and allocate resources effectively.
• Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure all outputs meet client and organizational standards.
• Contribute to budget preparation and manage production costs in alignment with financial objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal design and project management teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of deliverables.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior production management role within fabrication, retail design, or a related industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of carpentry and fabrication methods.
• Demonstrated success in leading and motivating large, diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
