We're partnering with one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies in workforce technology. They have built their own global payroll, payments, compliance and employment infrastructure across 150+ countries and are now reimagining how AI agents interact with core business operations.

Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you'll operate as a strategic partner across product, customers, investors and company leadership.

What You'll Do

• Define the future of AI-native workforce infrastructure
• Shape products that orchestrate payroll, compliance, benefits, payments and global employment through intelligent agents
• Work directly with enterprise customers managing hundreds of millions in payroll spend
• Influence company strategy, fundraising narrative and category positioning
• Build and scale product experiences across a deeply technical platform environment
• Partner closely with engineering, AI and executive leadership

We're Interested In People Who Have

• Built products at exceptional technology companies or category-defining startups
• Operated with founder-level ownership and ambiguity
• Experience building platform, infrastructure, payments, fintech, compliance or workflow products
• Strong technical product intuition and systems thinking
• Shipped AI-native products or have a strong point of view on how AI changes work
