Overview

We’re hiring a Head of Product Management to join an ambitious, high-growth team in the crypto / DeFi services space. This is a senior leadership role for a product leader who can own outcomes, lead cross-functional teams, and ship products that drive measurable growth. You will work closely with engineering, design, and research while helping shape product direction in a fast-moving, technical environment.

What You’ll Own

• Lead product strategy and execution across key product areas.
• Run structured discovery, validate ideas before build, and write sharp PRDs.
• Prioritise ruthlessly based on effort vs impact and make fast, decisive calls.
• Manage and mentor product, design, and research team members.
• Partner closely with engineering on technical trade-offs and delivery.
• Use AI thoughtfully to improve product workflows and team effectiveness.
• Operate effectively in ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information.

What You’ll Bring

• 5–10+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of shipping products that drove significant revenue and/or user growth.
• Strong PM craft: discovery, validation, PRDs, prioritisation, and execution.
• Fluency in either DeFi / crypto or traditional finance.
• Familiarity with RWAs is a strong advantage.
• Technical fluency and the ability to hold your own with strong engineering teams.
• Confidence operating in ambiguity and moving quickly without a full playbook.
• A strong point of view on AI-native workflows and how AI should shape product teams.
