Head of Product Engagement & Growth (AI-Enabled)

HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Director of Product, Engagement to lead the Engagement tribe, shaping the vision for discovery, loyalty, referrals, and growth across our apps. You will set the product strategy and partner with engineering, design, marketing, and CRM to drive habit formation and long-term value.

This role requires building and growing PM teams, driving rapid experiments, and delivering AI-enabled workflows that improve the customer experience.
