Tread is hiring a hands-on product leader who will partner with the CEO to own the product cycle and critical roadmap areas, including payments and agentic scheduling. You will be onsite at construction sites to uncover journeys and drive high-velocity ship cycles with a small, focused team of builders.
You will lead the Forward Deployed Engineering function, ensure a fast cadence, and maintain a culture of direct impact over bureaucracy.
