Head of Procurement Value Delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Value Delivery for Procurement: define, drive, track, and realize measurable value (cost, cash, productivity, innovation, risk, ESG) across external spend; own value-delivery framework/pipeline/benefits realization to P&L.
• Establish enterprise value-delivery methodology, governance, and performance framework (1–3 year horizon) and orchestrate cross-functional resources.
• Serve as strategic value partner to Finance/business units; co-own value capture and ensure benefits are tracked/validated/realized to P&L; account lead for PDT; sit on TET 1.
• Build and lead a high-performing Value Delivery organization supporting enterprise value leadership and flexible sourcing execution.
• Own end-to-end benefits realization (pipeline-to-P&L tracking, validation, forecasting); run spend/savings/performance analytics (dashboards/KPIs/data quality); deliver financial impact via holistic spend/demand management and improve working capital.

Qualifications / Required skills

• 15+ years in biotech/pharma (or other highly regulated industries) with progressive procurement leadership; VP-level accountability for a global value delivery/procurement performance organization led through 2+ management layers.
• Proven ability to define/execute enterprise value-delivery frameworks/pipelines; measurable, auditable value delivery; strong financial/controls mindset; stakeholder influence with senior leaders.
• Leadership through at least two subordinate levels; fluent English.

Compensation & benefits (if applicable)

• Boston, MA base salary range: $259,000–$407,000; potential short-/long-term incentives; medical/dental/vision; 401(k) with match; disability and life insurance; tuition reimbursement; paid volunteer time off; holidays; well-being; up to 80 sick hours/year and up to 120 hours paid vacation for new hires.
