Head of Process Engineering – Sawmill & Lumber Ops

The Lumber Manufactory seeks a Process Engineering Manager to lead the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of mill operations across sawmill, planer mill, and engineered wood facilities. This role owns material flow from log intake through finished goods, defines equipment strategies to maximize recovery and throughput, and leads a team of process engineers embedded in mill departments.
