To compliment that global offering, BGC is seeking the right candidate to develop our institutional offering in Prediction Markets, one of the fastest growing and innovative areas of financial markets.

Responsibilities:

This is a leadership role responsible for building and commercializing BGC's Prediction Market sales offering. The right candidate can demonstrate a track record of building and maintaining institutional sales relationships across a range of financial markets products to deliver a commercially successful outcome that can be applied within this dynamic new marketplace — and:

• Serve as BGC's internal subject matter expert on prediction market structure, execution, liquidity, and the competitive landscape
• Define and execute BGC's prediction market sales strategy, including how liquidity is sourced and distributed to clients
• Engage with institutional clients to deliver scalable, commercially viable markets
• Leverage BGC's existing resources and technology platforms to innovate in this developing asset class
• Work with existing 3rd party channel partners to deliver end to end solutions for our clients
• Partner with technology, product, brokerage, legal, and compliance teams to ensure our offering meets client needs and adheres to applicable regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• 10+ years' experience in financial services at a recognized financial institution, interdealer brokerage, exchange, or financial vendor
• Proven experience building and maintaining institutional level sales relationships in macro and/or micro financial markets
• Familiarity with prediction markets, event contracts, or related instruments strongly preferred
• Experience navigating regulatory requirements and compliance obligations inherent to global financial markets
• Please note, this is a regulated role

Compensation:

Salary Range: $200,000-$400,000

Determined on an individualized basis considering skills, experience, and applicable certifications. This position is eligible for a competitive benefits package and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives.
