Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute post-investment integration plans for portfolio companies, covering full-dimensional integration across strategy, operations, organization, and culture.
- Deeply engage in board governance of portfolio companies, regularly assessing key milestones and risk points across R&D, production, sales, and other functions.
- Support portfolio companies in strategic planning, organizational restructuring, talent acquisition, and incentive scheme design, while connecting them with the group’s industrial resources.
- Identify and provide early warning of potential risks faced by portfolio companies in areas such as compliance, quality systems, team dynamics, and market competition, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Assist portfolio companies in planning next-round financing or exit pathways, connect with potential investors, and drive exit processes including M&A, secondary share transfers, and IPOs.
Requirements
- Background combining “consulting industry experience” (e.g., MBB consulting large medical group).
- Strong cross-border team collaboration and PMO management skills.
- Ability to translate technical language into business value.
- Fluent in English (able to work in an English-speaking environment); willing to work across time zones and travel internationally on a regular basis.
