Head of PMO, Heavy-Duty | Hybrid (3 onsite)

Dorman Products is seeking a Director of the Project Management Office to lead the Heavy Duty PMO, set governance, and align initiatives with strategic priorities at its suburban Philadelphia headquarters.

The role requires 10+ years of PMO leadership, cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Operations, IT, Finance, and Sales, and a focus on driving measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, margins, and process improvements. Hybrid onsite three days per week.
