Building Ataraxis's pharma partnership business from the ground up, the full-time Head of Pharma Partnerships will identify target companies, negotiate agreements, and construct novel applications of AI technology while working remotely. Key responsibilities Identify target companies and lead negotiations to establish partnerships Construct applications of AI technology for each company's development pipeline Collaborate with internal teams to align pharma needs with research and product development Required qualifications 8+ years in pharma and/or diagnostics business development Preferred advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or Master's) in relevant life sciences Documented experience leading pharma deals in companion diagnostics or related fields Established pharma partnership pipeline or decision-making experience in funding partnerships Strong relationships within large and mid-cap oncology pharma
