Head of People Operations & Experience

Office Hours in San Francisco is hiring its first Director of People Operations to build the people function. You'll own the programs and infrastructure that shape the employee experience here: performance, employee relations, benefits, policy, and the systems underneath all of it.

You'll also lead our talent and recruiting team, shaping how people find their way to Office Hours and what happens once they arrive. This is a role for someone who likes building and then running what they build.
