7Seventy is seeking a Head of People to build and lead the People function through rapid growth. You will own HRIS, payroll, ATS operations, immigration, and the end-to-end employee lifecycle, spanning onboarding to offboarding and compliance across geographies.
You will partner with executives on organizational design, compensation planning, leveling, and succession. The role also drives engagement, inclusion, and a high-performance environment while expanding a growing People team.
