Head of Patient Safety & Risk Management

Harboroaks in Danville, PA is seeking a Director of Risk Management to provide strategic leadership for risk management across the facility. You will identify risks, drive safety initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement measures to reduce harm, liability, and organizational loss.
