Head of Outbound Sales Development (NYC In-Office)

OffDeal, Inc. is expanding its outbound Sales Development team and seeking a sales leader to run the function, own performance, and steer next steps. This in-person role is based in New York City, with a 5-day in-office requirement at 450 West 14th St.

You will coach reps, optimize the BD process, manage lead handoffs to bankers, and build a high-velocity unit that sustains momentum in a high-rejection environment.
