Head of Operations — Virtual Sleep Clinic & Revenue Engine

Polaris Sleep is seeking a hands-on Head of Operations to build the delivery engine of a virtual sleep medicine clinic. You will design workflows from first click to therapy adherence, own revenue cycle and payer operations, and lead the clinical and care management team with our Medical Director.

This early-stage role requires you to architect the operating model while the clinic runs, balancing strategic design with hands-on execution and a focus on scalable, high-quality patient care.
