Head of Operations - Events & Logistics Leader

Crisp Event Rentals is seeking a Director of Operations to be the operational engine behind growth, bridging strategy and execution across warehouse, logistics, and maintenance. You will drive end-to-end event delivery, optimize costs, and partner with Sales to keep operations aligned with revenue goals.

You’ll lead a multi-team operation, implement scalable processes, and champion safety and quality to ensure events go out on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations.
