Head of Operations

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing apparel and lifestyle brand to find a strategic, hands-on Head of Operations to lead the next phase of its operational growth.

A major priority over the next 6–10 months will be successfully launching a new distribution center in Dallas, TX. This leader will play a critical role in establishing the operation, building the team, and ensuring a smooth transition as the facility becomes the company’s primary consolidated DC.

What You’ll Own:

• Lead the build-out, launch, and operational ramp-up of the Dallas distribution center
• Build and lead the team, processes, systems, and KPIs for an owner-operated DC
• Oversee distribution, fulfillment, supply chain, inventory, and transportation strategy
• Optimize inventory flow across domestic and international operations
• Improve fulfillment speed, accuracy, service levels, and operating costs
• Support international operations across Australia, Europe, Mexico, and future markets
• Build scalable processes to support continued ecommerce, retail, and future wholesale growth
• Partner closely with Founders and Executive Leadership on operational strategy and major growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of operations and/or supply chain leadership experience
• Strong background within ecommerce, retail, apparel, consumer products, or omnichannel businesses
• Direct experience opening, building, or scaling distribution centers
• Deep knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment, logistics, inventory, and transportation
• Experience managing multi-site distribution and international operations
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Highly Preferred:

• Experience within a high-growth apparel, fashion, athletic, athleisure, or consumer lifestyle brand , along with direct experience launching and operating an owner-operated distribution center .
