Head of Operations & Talent for AI Reliability

Human Delta in San Francisco is seeking an operations-focused teammate to own core functions such as hiring, operations, finance coordination, and the events that generate our pipeline.

You will run expenses, vendors, the office, and admin tasks that keep the lights on while sourcing top candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. You’ll also support go-to-market operations and proactively remove bottlenecks to keep momentum.
