Our client, a leading owner of commercial structures across the island and the United States, seeks a Director of Operations to translate strategy into profitable execution and to lead maintenance, engineering, planning, operations and logistics.

This role drives an integrated operating model, manages budgets, and optimizes costs while ensuring on‑time delivery and a high‑performance organization across multiple units with night/weekend availability and travel responsibilities.
