Head of Operations & Launch Excellence

Gigs is seeking a Head of Operations to own the end-to-end lifecycle from signed contract to live revenue across all product lines, and to establish the operating cadence for a rapidly growing company. You will lead cross-functional teams, set top-level operational standards, and drive business reporting and AI-driven efficiency.

You will also oversee BizOps and expansion operations, guiding launches into new markets with a strong emphasis on speed, ownership, and clear decision making.
