Full-Time Remote $90k–$140k/year Base + Performance Bonuses

About the Role

Own the operational engine of the business. Oversee fulfillment, customer support, client experience, revenue protection, systems, automation, and process improvement while working directly with leadership to ensure the company continues to scale efficiently. This is a high-ownership position — you will identify problems, create solutions, build systems, and lead teams without waiting for a playbook.

Requirements

5+ years of operations leadership experience

Experience operating within a high-growth company ($5M–$20M+ preferred)

Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to build scalable processes

Proven ability to manage people, projects, and priorities simultaneously

Comfortable handling difficult client conversations and conflict resolution

Experience with CRMs, automation platforms, project management tools, and remote teams
