Head of Operations & Automation

Verse is seeking an experienced operations leader to own all aspects of day-to-day and strategic execution. The role partners with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to design scalable, repeatable processes and to drive data-driven improvements across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in operations, a track record of building leadership layers, and a strong ability to diagnose failure modes and implement durable fixes in regulated environments.
