Head of Operational Readiness & Integration

Caturus is looking for a Vice President, Ready for Operations (RFO) to oversee enterprise-wide operational readiness across upstream and LNG assets. This senior leadership role requires exceptional strategic planning abilities and collaboration across various business units.

The successful candidate will have 15+ years of experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, and operational integration within the oil and gas sector. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and advanced project management certifications are preferred.
