Head of Oncology Clinical Development - AI-Driven & End-to-End

Elemed seeks a Head of Clinical Development in New York to own assets end to end, reporting to the CEO. You will direct a small, autonomous team and orchestrate a fleet of AI agents for document drafting, literature surveillance, safety signals, and data triage.

This role carries CMO-level remit, from IND-enabling work to registrational strategy, translating model outputs into biomarker-driven trial designs and patient selection.
