Head of On-Campus Housing Operations

Georgetown University is seeking a Director of Housing Operations to oversee on-campus housing management for the Hilltop campus, including 5,400 student beds and a multi-million-dollar revenue portfolio.

You will lead daily operations, occupancy forecasting, and policy development while collaborating with campus partners to ensure safe, inclusive, and high-quality residential environments. The role requires crisis response and on-call duties during evenings and weekends.
