Head of Multi-Location Clinical Operations

U.S. Urology Partners seeks a Vice President, Clinical Operations to lead practice-wide operational excellence across the network.

You will supervise Practice Managers, set performance expectations, and partner with physicians to remove barriers affecting access, care quality, and efficiency. The role requires strategic leadership, budgeting and P&L oversight, and the ability to scale standard processes across locations.
