Head of ML-Driven Decisioning Platforms

Upstart is seeking a Director of Product, Machine Learning & Decisioning Platforms to steer the strategy and team behind the platforms powering Upstart’s credit decisioning and ML capabilities. You will guide senior PMs, align engineering and ML leaders, and drive high-impact product delivery.

You will shape long-term platform investments, collaborate across data science, ML, and engineering, and ensure initiatives translate into business outcomes in consumer lending.
