Head of Member Care & Quality Communications

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Vice President for Member, Care Delivery & Quality Communications to lead enterprise communications strategy across member experiences, care delivery, and quality initiatives. This role partners with market leaders to ensure clear, trusted messaging during routine operations, changes, and crises, while advancing the organization’s integrated care and coverage model.

The executive will establish governance, standards, and tools for enterprise communications,
