Head of Maintenance Operations – Multifamily Portfolio

ArtHaus Properties is seeking a Director of Maintenance to lead the Maintenance vertical across a growing portfolio of ~2,500 units in Oakland and Berkeley, expanding to 3,500–4,000 units in 18–24 months. You will own the team, processes, and budget to deliver safe, high-quality asset operations.
