Head of Luxury Condominium Construction

The Related Group is seeking a Vice President of Construction to lead multiple luxury condominium projects across South Florida. This senior role partners with Development and executive teams from early planning through close-out, traveling to active job sites as needed while maintaining strong corporate oversight from the office.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, and contracts, coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors, and drive on-time, on-budget project delivery.
