In a context of very strong growth and structuring of our operations, we are looking for a Mid/Senior Real Estate Lawyer to strengthen our legal team.

We are looking for a dynamic, solution-oriented profile, capable of unblocking complex situations and supporting the business on a daily basis.

Your Missions

Reporting to the legal director, you will work on all real estate issues related to our residential operations in France and Europe, with a very transversal and operational role.

1) Negotiation & Structuring of Operations

• Piloting the negotiation of BEFA (core skill expected)

• Intervention on VEFA, acquisitions, sales, mandates, LOI...

• Legal structuring of new real estate arrangements

• Close work with Development & Investment teams

2) Contract Management

• Drafting and negotiating leases (residential, commercial, mobility...)

• Setting up and improving contractual templates

• Securing contractual commitments with our partners

3) Business Partnering & Problem Solving

• Daily support of Ops, Asset, Sales, Expansion teams

• Quick risk analysis and pragmatic recommendations

• Ability to decide, arbitrate, propose operational solutions

4) Tools & Structuring

• Participation in the implementation of legal tools (contract management, knowledge base...)

• Automation / standardization of processes

• Contribution to the scalability of the legal function

5) Litigation & Risks

• Follow-up of pre-litigation and litigation with our external advisors

• Management of rental, construction, partner issues

Your Profile

• More than 6 years of experience in real estate law (law firm, real estate, developer, operator...)

• Solid experience in BEFA / complex leases indispensable

• Excellent mastery of residential real estate law and contracts

• Strong understanding of the business challenges of a real estate operator
