Key Responsibilities
- Lead all legal affairs across the Americas, supporting the full data center lifecycle - from land acquisition, zoning, and permitting through design, construction, operations, and procurement.
- Advise on complex commercial, construction, and framework agreements, risk allocation, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement regional legal strategy aligned with global standards.
- Oversee legal aspects of real estate, construction, and infrastructure projects, including market entry strategy and cross-border matters.
- Manage and mentor a team of lawyers, fostering collaboration and operational excellence.
- Qualified lawyer with 10+ years' PQE combining private practice and in-house experience.
- Strong background in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure Projects; data center experience a plus.
- Skilled in drafting and negotiating complex commercial and D&C contracts.
- Proven leader with experience in high-growth, multi-jurisdictional environments.
- Excellent communicator with strong commercial judgment and stakeholder management skills.
