To drive innovative learning solutions, the full-time remote Head of Learning Solutions will identify enterprise opportunities, design impactful programs, and lead client engagements while collaborating with cross-functional teams and strategic partners. Key Responsibilities Identify and validate enterprise learning opportunities through market research and client engagement Design curriculum architecture and assessment frameworks for enterprise learning programs Transform successful pilots into scalable offerings and develop sales enablement materials Required Qualifications 5+ years in enterprise learning or workforce transformation, with at least 3 years in solution design or product leadership Hands-on experience with certification-driven programs in AI/ML, Cloud, Data, or Software Engineering Strong technical fluency and ability to engage with L&D department heads Proven ability to build financial models and commercialization strategies Track record of delivering measurable impact of learning initiatives
